Nordic Clean Energy Week (NCEW) that took place in Denmark and Sweden last week from May 21-24 was a busy week. Not only for the hosting countries but also for the companies participating in the events related to NCEW.

As a global player in the renewable business, B&W Vølund played an active role during the week and saw an enormous interest for our solutions at the WtE facility Amager Bakke. We had a number of delegations from Indonesia, China, India and the US visiting. It was a great and busy week with lots of interesting discussions on how we in the future deal with the increasing amount of waste world wide. The week only confirmed what we already knew; there is a huge need for solutions within waste management and our solutions can help shape our future and make it greener and more sustainable.

Thank you to all the visiting delegations, the participants at our Copenhill seminar at EnergyLab and our partners during the week. It was indeed a great week!
