Best practice in project execution

A close co-operation with clients in all phases of the project execution, predicting our clients’ individual requirements at an early stage, is part of a successful on-time completion. Prior to contracting and until your energy plant is well and safe into operation, one of our experienced and committed project managers takes care of your project.

Currently, our OEM project managers are undertaking the IPMA® project management certification developed by the International Project Management Association.

Leirvik waste-to-energy plant increased their capacity by 50%

In Leirvik on the Faroe Islands, they have chosen to upgrade and adapt an existing waste-to-energy plant to deal with the increasing amounts of waste. This resulted in a significant improvement in capacity and efficiency at the plant. What is more, this was a quarter of the price of a new WTE plant.
