Babcock & Wilcox Vølund wins business award
Esbjerg Business Development Centre’s Business Award 2010 was granted to Babcock & Wilcox Vølund in connection with New Year’s reception on the 14 January 2011. Mr John Lesbo, chairman of the board of the association Esbjerg Erhvervsudvikling, presented the award to John Veje Olesen, our managing director.
In spite of other qualified candidates, the panel of judges all agreed that Babcock & Wilcox Vølund fully lives up to the requirements for being granted the award:
- Energy and creative power
- Persistent and straightforward
- International focus.
The award consists of a vase with inscription and a cash prize of 10,000 DKK.
