- Dedicated teams headed by a competent project manager takes over the full responsibility of the OEM project execution after contract signature of each contract
- The project team is able to take decisions in all matters, including all engineering disciplines, purchasing, quality control, construction and commissioning.
- The project execution model is well structured and documented in the Quality Manual following the requirements in our ISO 9001:2008 Certified Quality Management System
- Detailed planning and predictability are areas of focus in all phases of project execution.
- The predictability in the project execution is based on many projects previously handed over on time and cost according to contractual requirement
