The advanced computer modelling tool Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD is a vital tool for our plant optimisation.
A CFD analysis of the plant’s operation provides us with a precise overview and 'diagnosis' of gas flow, temperatures, particle traces and concentrations of O2, CO2, H2O and CO in the furnace and the boiler. We can then optimise the plant to ensure a high level of efficiency and low emissions.
Advanced Combustion Control Systems, ACC systems
